Cala Luna
is located in the county of Cala Gonone, a small and Beautiful town in the Supramonte Area, it's a pearl of Mediterranean Sea.
It is still impossible to reach it with a car that's why this place keeps it's wild nature almost untouched.
Cala Luna is a breathtaking place. The sand in white and very fine and the beach is dominated by cliffs where most of time you can meet reckless rock climbers performing on the overhanging cliffs.
This part of the beach gets in the shade early, at the end of the afternoon and offers a shelter to the people that really suffer for the heat of the sun.
For the tanning heroes instead the other 50% of the beach not covered by the cliffs gets in the shade only in the evening.
It is beatiful to notice that a small tin stands some meters far from the beach due to a small river that dies right in front of the sea.
So seawater and fresh water are separated by some steps on a lamb of beach. It's immensely beautiful!
